Welcome to the Ocean State Catalina Association!  OSCA is an organization focused on enjoying the social aspects of sailing Catalina sailboats. Our membership is open to boats of all sizes and we are proud to be among the very first groups founded as an "All Catalina Association"; we do however welcome those who own sailboats from other manufacturers through our "Associate Memberships"!
